I stand behind everything that I sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of my products, you can return them to me for a replacement or refund.  If your item has a manufacturing defect in it's materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

I cannot accept return of products however if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

If you change your mind and cancel your order before it has been shipped I will refund you the amount paid for the product however it I have already started to ship your order the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please remember every handmade product is unique: due to the handmade nature of my products, every item I create is slightly different and no two products are identical.  I try to make the colours in the photos a true representation of the actual colour but this can of course differ on each computer screen.
